Stain and odour review
Useful context helps us choose the right questions before promising a treatment plan.
Before we plan the visit
A stain photograph alone rarely tells the full story. Tell us what happened, when it happened, what product was used and whether pets or repeated moisture are involved.
Food, drink, soil, makeup, pets and unknown marks can require different review.
Fresh spills and long-set marks should not be treated as identical.
Household products can affect colour, residue and future treatment.
Note whether the odour is local, repeated or stronger in humid conditions.
From request to aftercare
Results vary with fibre, dye, age, contamination depth and previous treatment. Inspection or testing may be recommended before work proceeds.
Include one wide view and one closer context image.
Share cause, timing and any product already applied.
Some colour change, backing contamination or fibre damage may be permanent.
Any add-on treatment is confirmed before the visit.
