Before we plan the visit
Photograph the full piece in natural light, then add close context for marks or high-use areas. Include loose cushions separately and note whether covers can be removed.
Show arms, seats, backs and the surrounding working space.
List fixed seats and removable cushions separately.
Share visible tags or manufacturer details.
Mention pets, children, smoke, fragrances and previous products where relevant.
From request to aftercare
Suitability cannot always be established from a photo. We may recommend an in-person assessment, a small test or a specialist service.
Keep image groups labelled so items are easy to match.
Describe spots, odour, general soil or an upcoming handover.
Delicate fabrics or unstable dyes may require testing.
Plan ventilation and keep cushions separated while drying.
